2010 Plant Sale
Nashua Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale on the
grounds of the Nashua Historical Society at 5 Abbott
Street. The sale will be held from 9:00am -
2:00pm on Saturday, May 15th, and will offer
plants, baked goods, and a raffle. Raffle items include a
bird feeder donated by the Nashua's Farmer's Exchange, a rain barrel,
and compost bin & kitchen scrap pail set.
The Nashua Garden Club provides opportunities to learn about
gardening from monthly speakers and opportunities for
community service, as we maintain two gardens in Nashua, the
Sensory Garden at Greeley Park and the Humane Society
garden. The annual plant sale raises funds that enable us to
donate to charities in the community.
Come for a fun day benefiting two great community-minded
organizations - the Nashua Garden Club and the
Nashua Historical Society. For more information call the
Nashua Historical Society at 883-0015.
